| Renting terms |
Immediately after receiving the reservation request a reservation confirmation containing the account number will be send via email.

Within 10 days after receiving the reservation confirmation the renter are obliged to pay 25% of the rental fee, the remaining 75% should be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
Reservations received less than 30 days before arrival date should be paid in full immediately on receipt of the reservation confirmation.
Failure to comply with above payment terms results in reservation cancellation as well as a 25% cancellation fee. |
